· Your Location. In order to allow you to use the location-based matching feature available in some of our Applications, we may track your location.
· Technical and Usage Information. When you use our Applications, we collect technical and usage information such as your browser type, browser language, referring and exit URLs, platform type, interactions with other users, and usage statistics with the Applications, such as connection times and download records. · Download and payment information: We collect information on what games you download and payments you make to us.
2. Who we share information with
We will not share any Personal Data that we have collected from or regarding you except as described below:
Information Shared with Our Service Providers. We engage external service providers to work with us to administer and provide the Services. As part of that they will process your Personal Data on our behalf. These external service providers have access to your Personal Data only for the purpose of performing services on our behalf, in compliance with this Privacy Policy, and we make sure each one is contractually obliged not to disclose or use your Personal Data for any other purpose. 4. Age&Children
Our Services are not intended for children.
We have implemented age-gate to its games to verify players’ age. Even if you are below the age needed for providing a valid consent for targeted advertising, profiling and geolocation, you can continue accessing our Services. However, there will be no profiling, targeted advertising or geolocation tracking, Our Services will then only contain contextual advertising. We will only collect data, on players under 13 years of age, (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions in the European Union), when it is needed to provide the service and ensure that they are protected in accordance with the applicable privacy laws.
